 Three girls spend the night in a mausoleum possibly as initiation into a school club. One girl is constantly chewing on a stupid toothbrush. During the night various bodies emerge from their crypts and pursue the girls. When it arrived it was from China and somebody had just chucked in a plug adapter saying for shavers and toothbrushes only.
