timer fuction so so so quiet
I bought this for the 2 minute timer function, but it is so quiet that you can't hardly hear the beeps over the sound of brushing. Quality of brush is good, however.

Excellent product and value
Both my wife and I have been using this brush for over a month. It gives you a solid, vigorous, brush, and the batteries last for a long time. We do not recharge it after every use, preferring to store the charger. When we are ready to recharge, we set it up over night; then, we get another week of brushing. Particularly for the price, it's a solid toothbrush.

Great toothbrush
This is actually a very nice and affordable toothbrush. It really does clean much better than a non-electric brush and its not as expensive as the other fancy toothbrushes out there. Being not specific to this product, one concern I have regarding electric toothbrushes with mechanical spin heads is that they might be harming the old fillings. I had to have two of my fillings replaced after using this toothbrush for 6 months (however its hard to say if the reason was the toothbrush or something else). My dentist told me that it shouldn't affect the fillings but it really does apply some force on the teeth so I am still suspicious. However, my hygienist had a really difficult time finding tartars after I started using this toothbrush. I currently use one machine (with two heads) together with my wife and the battery seems to hold well for back-to-back brushings 3 times a day.

I purchased the Oral-B Vitality Dual Clean Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush for my spouse whom, we received the order quickly and in great condition. It does a great job cleaning teeth, it takes getting used to, as a new Vitality brush user it takes a week to adjust.
Excellent toothbrush
I had first bought this toothbrush in 2006, which worked until 2010, without changing battery. But the old Vitality brush's electronics is now screwed up after four years of service. These days, it starts up automatically sometimes. So I decided to get a new Vitality. A useful life of four years is pretty significant for a brush.
I am very happy with the results. It cleans teeth well, and does it in short time. It has a timer for 2 minutes, which I find very useful. In the first brush that I had bought in 2006, the timer was such that if you turn off the brush in the middle of your brushing, it will restart the 2 minutes. But the current version is a bit smarter. Say you're brushing and you need to stop the brush for a few minutes. When you restart brushing, it continues from the previous time, instead of restarting. That's a great feature, I was hoping to get in my earlier brush, and I did now. I am a happy camper. One of my teeth is slightly at inner level compared to neighboring teeth, but with this brush, I have been able to keep that teeth equally clean.
