Who Knows The Name Of This Film?

It’s about these 3 teenage girls. One is newer in town and the cool guy likes her. This other chick gets jealous. Anyway, it’s like a horror movie from the 80’s. There is this guy who is like evil and I think he has died, but it is rumored that he had these powers so that he could make stuff move with his mind. The girls dare the new girl to sleep all night in the mausolleum and then they are going to like sneak around at night and scare her, but the plan backfires because the dead guy gets them, I think. Also, one of the girls is this black girl who always walks around with a toothbrush hanging out of her mouth. I think the new girl might have been played by Meg Tilly, But I can’t be certain. If you know the name of this movie please let me know. Also, I think the dead guy in one scene makes all this silverware fly all over the room and stick out of objects.
